TASTING NOTES:

Our Pinot Gris exhibits a rich stone fruit and nutty bouquet with underlying aromas of pears. The dry palate is well balanced with apple, quince and bready characters. It has a full palate with a long persistent finish – drinking well now and will cellar well for three to four years.
